Consultant

Consultants are responsible for designing and delivering successful win-loss analysis programs for our clients. This means:

  • Developing strong client relationships and a mastery of their business.
  • Setting up and managing the win-loss data collection and interview process.
  • Conducting win-loss interviews.
  • Summarizing interview themes and communicating them clearly to clients.
  • Ensuring client adoption of Clozd software and key win-loss findings.
  • Identifying opportunities for product, program, and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Min. 5-10 years work experience in a B2B context.
  • Min. BA/BS degree from a top-tier institution, with a superb academic record.
  • Advanced degree (MS/MBA) strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in management consulting and/or market research roles strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully with teams and customers.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Account Executive

Account Executives are responsible for managing the sales process - from prospecting through closing - with current and prospective customers. This means:

  • Becoming a domain expert in win-loss analysis and Clozd's solutions.
  • Identifying and prospecting into potential client accounts.
  • Developing strong client relationships through effective discovery and a consultative sales approach.
  • Scoping unique win-loss solutions for each prospective customer.
  • Coordinating with Clozd consultants to nurture existing client relationships, ensuring program renewal and expansion.
  • Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Identifying creative ways to scale and fine tune the Clozd sales process.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2-5 years experience in B2B sales.
  • Min. BA/BS degree from a top-tier institution, with a strong academic record.
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a less structured (startup) sales environment.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Passionate about learning and using new software and technologies.

Associate

Consulting Associates are responsible to assist Clozd consultants in delivering successful win-loss analysis programs for our clients. This means:

  • Overseeing win-loss interview scheduling and transcription processes.
  • Reviewing and editing win-loss interview transcripts.
  • Summarizing interview themes and communicating them clearly to clients.
  • Helping Clozd identify ways to improve our technology and processes.
  • Doing whatever it takes to ensure our programs exceed client expectations.
  • Tackling ad hoc projects and assignments that help our startup scale faster.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree (earned or in process) from a top-tier institution.
  • Superb academic record.
  • Fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and a go-getter.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about learning and using new software and technologies.
  • Passionate about a career in sales and developing into a sales leader.

Software Engineer

Software engineers are responsible for the development of a growing suite of win-loss technologies. Our software solutions are fundamental to driving adoption of our programs and impacting change within our clients' organizations. As an early member of our engineering team, you'll be involved in laying the foundation of the platform, scoping client needs, charting product strategy, etc. Enjoy the benefits of a startup, while earning competitive pay based on your experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in software development or comparable experience.
  • Experience with modern web technologies, including NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, etc.
  • Experience with full stack development, including containerization and cloud platform technologies.
  • Strong coding skills, passion for problem-solving, and aptitude for design.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or a related technical field.
