Doing a flex interview is quick and easy.

When you’re ready, open the email and click on the custom invitation link. You’ll be guided through several questions, which you can answer by recording an audio or video response.
 
Before submitting your responses, you’ll have the chance to review and re-record if you’d like to change anything. 
‍
Once you submit your last response and see the confirmation screen, your interview is finished and you can close the window.
