Platform Enhancements
Simplified Admin Navigation
- View and manage Deals, Decision Drivers, and Competitors from the central interface
- Interview Guides and Notes appear in separate tabs for easier editing
- Tags are restored as the default view on published deals
- Legacy Configuration pages remain available but are scheduled for deprecation
Competitor & Driver Management
- Create, edit, merge, and delete Competitors and Decision Drivers

Interview Summary Email Notifications
- Emails are sent after every 10 interviews a user can access
- Highlights trends and comparisons to previous feedback
- Users can unsubscribe via profile settings
Custom Delivery Settings
- Choose thresholds (every 5, 10, or 20 interviews)
- Or set fixed delivery (weekly or monthly)
- No emails are sent if no new interviews are available
- Replaces the previous monthly digest email
Workflows & Automation
Workflow Overview Enhancements
- Summary tiles show deal counts by stage (Needs Attention, Needs Approval, Ready for Distribution)
- Workflow cards display deal stages without needing to click in
Contributor Access and History
- Contributor History modal shows workflow assignments and remaining tasks
- Contributor portal access is limited to deals where the user is explicitly assigned
- Excluding the last participant now prompts to exclude the entire deal
Survey Updates
Display Logic and Reordering
- Show or hide questions based on earlier answers
- Reorder questions, with guardrails for required order (e.g., Outcome before Decision Driver)
- Reordering questions with logic removes logic (with warning)
Outcome Question Flexibility
- Outcome question can be removed and re-added as needed
- If removed, dependent questions pull Outcome from the deal
Language Improvements
- Adjusted language for sales rep surveys to reflect third-party perspective
- Updated follow-up questions to better reflect win/loss context
