If you are trying to do win-loss analysis 'in-house', consider getting a 3rd party like Clozd to achieve an objective set of results. We have often found this to be true because when you take out the feelings/emotions that an 'in-house' analysis will undoubtedly surface (from product, marketing, sales, etc.), you will get actionable feedback from prospects and customers alike.
