We are excited to announce that Clozd has raised $52M in Series A funding led by Greycroft, and completed by Madrona Venture Group, and Album VC.

“This fundraise is an important step forward for the emerging win-loss intelligence category. Greycroft, Madrona, and Album see the significant addressable market that we see. Business leaders urgently need better data about why they really win and lose deals,” said Clozd Co-Founder & Co-CEO Andrew Peterson. “This capital and these partners will help us accelerate our mission to reinvent how companies track, analyze, and influence their sales win rates.”

The demand for win-loss analysis among corporations across industries is well-documented. A joint study with The Pragmatic Institute revealed that 100% of companies that spend $100,000 or more per year on win-loss analysis plan to maintain or increase their level of investment. 

This is why we are investing in expanding features including advanced integrations (i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot), a greater ability to scale infrastructure to support global programs, and even creating new industry benchmarks.
