What is the difference between CX and VoC?

The difference is that VoC is the insight while CX (Customer Experience) is the execution. VoC provides the raw intelligence—via interviews and surveys—regarding what customers need and why they feel a certain way. CX is the holistic experience the company delivers across all touchpoints based on those insights. You cannot deliver an effective CX strategy without the foundational truth provided by VoC data.
